BEST VIEWED LARGE - Can you see the grains of the sand in foreground?

I love this region of Australia. The diversity of terrain is matched in few places on the earth. We were fortunate enough to be invited to visit this place by Brent Mail to film our Ultimate Landscape Photography Course. And on the day were were filming the dunes shots we ran into this. In fact Varina Patel and others were just on the other side of the dunes. 

How was this image created? 
This scene just happened. We were not expecting it. Our filming was done and we were just about to film the next scene when we saw this...I paused and for a moment was lost in capturing beauty of this place. This is a manually blended image created using three separate shots using our iHDR workflow. The focus was selected using hyperfocal distance principle.
