Whenever I go to Whidbey Island with my son, Fort Casey has become a mandatory stop. As long as my son can have a couple of hours climbing ladders and exploring the tunnels of the abandoned battery, he is willing to stop anywhere else I want to photograph.

In all honesty I would stop even if he weren't along. Who wouldn't benefit from a couple of hours of play time :)
