Hi Everyone, I hear from a lot of people new to Google+ that they have a hard time finding their Hangout invites when they want to join a Hangout.  One of the most handy tools I use is the Chrome Hangouts Extension, which puts the Hangouts app on your desktop, allowing incoming pop-up chat/hangout invite boxes to pop-up on the desktop, in front of my other windows.  I don't have to have my browser open on screen, it can be minimized and the pop-ups still come up.
