The addition of Showcase, http://www.whatsnextblog.com/?p=4537 which allows viewers to visit sites and make purchases in real-time in Hangouts (and afterwards in the video replay) is a game-changer.

Business need to take a really close look and start learning now. Hangouts are ready for prime time!
Is there a learning curve? You bet! But it's worth every minute you invest.
