There's so much focus on #ContentMarketing  that it's easy to overlook where the golden nuggets can actually be found - in the comments on the originators posts. This is why today we've added Comments to your NOD3x Projects.

Comments, which can be found on your Dashboards in the latest Posts window, will track all comments made on posts contained in your NOD3x Projects an will help you identify individuals that don't necessarily post content themselves but prove themselves as thought leaders purely by the added value they bring to a post.

Comments can also be used with NOD3x Projects that are purely collecting posts relating to your brand, product or service either to:

▶ Bring all of the ensuing engagements into one place e.g. you don't have to monitor multiple social platforms

▶ Customer service discussions

▶ Additional key engager identification 

In addition to the above, you may simply want to find posts where on-going discussions/threads are taking place and by reviewing the Comments window will now mean that you can quickly find people with an opinion on a post that appeals to you.
