Semantic search is scaling across the web and we are now in the semantic technologies age. In this HOA I will cover what's new, what we are seeing and marketers can/should do.

Thank you for sharing the updates David Amerland . Zara Altair I agree on building long-term relationships and a solid community. How are you going about this technique?
ReplyDeleteMadeline Yau The entire web presence is long-term. What you post on the web anywhere whether it's on Google+ or on your web page.
ReplyDeleteAs for relationships, my relationship building is two-pronged.
First, the people who respond to my posts, especially if they do so consistently. I engage in conversation and take it farther. These are the natural supporters with whom you resonate. Precious folk from a human standpoint.
Second, the people who are "experts" in my field. I comment and question. For folks whose content is filled with "I statements" I watch and try to figure out why they are popular as a gauge. For me, multiple "I statements" are a red flag so I want to know why they have gained so much traction
Overall, I look for people in both who exhibit a natural curiosity. I resonate with folks who question and experiment. That's just me. Your sort criteria is based on who you are and the people with whom you resonate and with whom you would have conversations in "real" life.
I don't know if that helps, but that's how I'm building relationships now. Things change. :) So I'm always ready for change.
How are you building relationships?
