Archive your data.
After you select the data you want to archive you have two choices.
1. Google Drive
2. email
Google Drive simplifies archiving but still it is Google. For any reason your Google account may be deactivated.

If you really want the information for future use, especially if your account is deactivated bear with the wait (it can take days) to receive an email copy of your archive.
