For example, the information in this video is augmented by another 30 minutes of detailed control once you are in your hangout.

Controlling the HOA Camera - what the Broadcast shows
Check out this short 2.5 minute video listing the various ways you, as a HOA Host, can control the HOA Camera... all built into the Hangout on Air (HOA) toolset without the use of any 3rd party tools.
This video is the introduction to a recent training session held for Hangout Mastery members, but it can help you discover the many ways a HOA Host (or at times, someone assigned to help) can control the Broadcast camera.
When you control the Broadcast camera, you control what the viewers see live & what shows in the recorded video.
We'll have a followup (pt. 2) for members that goes into further detail and will be very interactive allowing members to see one method or technique in action followed by Q&A regarding that method, then another method demonstration, more Q&A... etc.
There are many things to understand and master with these various methods so we hope you'll join us in the membership areas where you get access to all the training done 'behind the scenes'.
If you join us by mid December 2014, you'll have a chance to be part of the valuable interactive component of part 2 for this Control the HOA Camera training series. So Signup to Keep Up! Visit http://www.bit.ly/HangoutMastery for details.
