Spanish Newspapers:  Pay us for linking to our stories!

Google News:  No can do.

Spanish Newspapers:  Fine.  We just passed a law saying you must pay us when you link to our articles!

Google News:  Seriously?  I'm outta here, dude.

Spanish Newspapers:  Not so fast!  We're going to pass a law requiring you to stay in business so that you will continue to pay us when you us send traffic (off of which we can make additional money when it lands on our site).

Google News:  Wow, I knew Spain had liberal attitudes toward drug use, but I never suspected that everyone at AEDE* was smokin' crack during their last board meeting.
