When we decide to make a change, even one small change, ripples reach out and affect other parts of our life. It’s amazing how our actions do radiate into every part of our existence. When we don’t address the seemingly little or just annoying repercussions … they build up and force our attention. And what happens next is far from magical. We give into the resistance and all our energy goes into holding things together until we just don’t anymore. Or, we can take a close look and address them and keep the energy flowing and propelling us forward.
It’s hard to break habits, but it can be done! Tune in and hear what Mary Cravets has to say to Jessica Dewell and Scott Scowcroft about it.
