When you SHARE or POST, consider this: In Notifications, we only see the first 70 characters, about half a Tweet.
If you add in the word "SHARED" in front (which G+ forces you to do when you re-share) and your own name, there is very little room to see what you're posting about or trying to share. 
If you then waste that tiny space with: "WOW!"  or "THIS IS INTERESTING!" but do not explain, give a topic or a hashtag, I am not likely to open up the Notification and read your post or share.

I get dozens of Notifications an hour (and I have most of them turned off!).
I just can't open them all just to see what you've shared or posted.

PLEASE put the topic UP FRONT!
