Honored to be invited by Max Minzer to   #maximpact  and a discussion with David Amerland on the Humanization of Marketing.

How did marketing become dehumanized? What can we do to bring back the human element? How do we scale? These were the main themes of the discussion.

My takeaway today was the quote from David at 35:47:

It has to be a dialogue...the same dialogue with a different person is a different dialogue.

But, he went on to state that because of the individualization of each conversation it makes it very difficult to scale.
