Community Based Business, what's this all about?

Let's start with this quote from martin shervington 

"I could see from within my first few days on Google+ that there was something different going on. The world was connecting. The world was becoming more transparent, more open, and people were available. You could build relationships using this technology."

This is a business model, so what's the product?

Helping people become authorities in their niche, "That’s really the product that we sell." says Martin. The question then becomes, why is authority important? Simply put, authority is what surfaces content in search.

Going deeper, Martin outlines how when the technology disappears, people are then able to collaborate in increasingly meaningful ways.
