So, back by popular demand (and a bit of my own obsession), I've put together an ad hoc system to provide them again (built entirely using Google services).
When Helpouts closed we were provided with a CSV of our listings and all of the reviews. I imported the CSV into Google Sheets, and used that to generate the structured review data (including microformatting) using JSON/Javascript. Appointments are being handled by the Appointments functionality within Google Apps for Business's Calendar, new reviews will be submitted through a Google Form. Oh, and of course, our website is built on Blogger.
I'm still working out some of the kinks, but please feel free to schedule an appointment and let me know how it works for you!
