I challenge you to run with me in a Spartathalon from Sparta to Athens!
Runwithme is a great site where you can participate in virtual runs (that you actually run IRL) anywhere in the world.
We currently need 22 more people to start our Spartathalon race. You can even walk it if you like (that's what I'm doing).
Participation is so simple. Once you're signed up and the race starts, you'll get a daily email asking if you ran that day. You simply reply with whatever mileage you really ran or walked that day, and the app advances you along the race route and reports your progress relative to the other runners.
You can even trash talk, brag, or encourage your fellow racers!
