New Google Now on Tap features being announced...now
Danny Sullivan is tweeting from #SMXParis ,
"Location Aware Search is live unannounced feature in Google Search App. Ask about things nearby without naming them"
Google Now on Tap can understand context, from anything you're doing on your Android device. From apps, Now can understand what music you're listening to, the content of the email you're reading or the text message conversation you're having.
Google is taking the technology further, and announcing that Now on Tap can understand the context of things near your location, allowing you to ask questions like, "What's the name of that building?" and get answers based on where you are.
