Hi
Hi,
Somewhere between Compilation and Kindle ebook is a giant miscommunication.
What setting am I missing that generates output that is bold font with right justified margin?
Definitely could use some help.
Thanks!

I solved the bold issue. Set to Heading one rather than Body.
ReplyDeleteJustified text remains.
Zara Altair the full justified text is how all books are displayed on a Kindle. Amazon are changing this, : http://www.fastcodesign.com/3046678/the-kindle-finally-gets-typography-that-doesnt-suck
ReplyDeleteZara: I see you solved this, but I think it would be better to stick with body text. Using Heading 1 might put in a marker that the e-reader misinterprets. For the bold, in the little editor at the bottom of the Formatting tab, click in the Main Text area to tell Scrivener you want to format that part of your Level 2+ documents. Then you'll be able to see if Bold is turned on and adjust accordingly. To adjust the title formatting, click on the Title line in the editor and repeat. Also, if you make changes but they don't show up, make sure you've selected the correct document level in the table at the top of the Formatting tab. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteGwen Hernandez Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHahaha! Masha du Toit thank you so much. I've adjust my reader.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the rest of the process, Zara Altair it's quite a learning curve! :)
