How you design your website depends largely on what you expect the website to do for your business.

Series Recap
In session 1 Ammon Johns and I discussed the basics of what marketing actually is, and how you can use a well designed strategy to create the best tactical marketing plan for your business.

In session 2 we talked quite a bit about the importance of knowing who you are selling to, and how they buy what you sell.

Session 3 was an overview of what it means to have an online presence, as well as the fundamental components that make online marketing successful.

My view is that your website, in most cases, is the center of your marketing plan, because really everyone will want to see it before they hire you.

It doesnt matter if you are found online or offline, in the end, all roads will point back to your website.

Because of this, you cannot ignore the fundamentals, nor can you blow this part of your marketing plan off by using one of those "easy to use" templates.

Ammon and I are not going to teach you how to build a website. We are going to help you understand the key components of an effective website, so that whether you or a designer builds your site, it works to produce results for your business.
