Inside Your Head
Mental activity, also known as cognition, is the internal interpretation or transformation of stored information. If what you see does not get processed, cross-referenced, connected, weighed, assessed and evaluated then you remain in stasis. Your store of knowledge, experience and expertise remains unchanged. Mentally you don't grow up.
Think that Google's semantic search index is similarly changed by the information it indexes when Google's bots bring it back to base and unstructured information is transformed into structured data. In a sense, Google is building a brain through search. What is within a business then, FTW has to be reflected without.
