  3. I prefer consciousness myself Zara Altair mainly because of it's connection to subconscious. I suppose not noticing works too or unnoticed perhaps but, for me, it doesn't reveal what's causing it.

  4. Peter Hatherley Sometimes you don't know what is causing it, or why; but, noticing encapsulates the cause of anxiety so you can deal with it. We'll talk more about this on the event.

  5. Sure Zara Altair just my personal take on it ';D)

    IMO Subconscious behaviours are a major cause of anxiety (amongst others) and I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks that way.

    My main aim as a software developer, and a writer, has been to help others who are unaware of these factors to become far more attuned to the reasons why. In the end, the myriad of patterns within language itself are a means of unravelling that confusion.
