While writing their About Us page, businesses should also write an "About You" page about their visitors

So much time is spent belaboring the details of many company's About Us page, yet in most cases very little is documented about their About You, their audience, customers or potential clients. They don't have a handle on who they are, what is troubling them, why they need help, what sort of help they need. .. let alone the best ways to connect with those people.
