ReplyDelete... I would add that the program should be straight forward and lean towards the customer, staff should be given latitude. Starbucks once had a Frappe Promo "anyway you want it"... I said I wanted it for free (half-jokingly) and when I got to the window "it was free". The manager handed it to me with a smile and "Have a Good Day !!!". Big Plus !!!
