Google has increased the column width for listings in the search engine results pages. Welcome news to say the least.

It's been a struggle to create the shorter visible titles ever since they were introduced. So I, for one, am celebrating this change.

There's more, though- click through to read the rest. Thanks to Jennifer Slegg and The SEM Post.

  5. Well I am just sick of paying for their experiements at our costs. After all they're the ones with all the money now and looking at the facts from  a business man side of what i do I am tired of giving them the money to "advertise" to find out crap we already know.. Especially when you have to pay a webmaster to make all the changes again that (SEM) was once free..My website use to be a great source of new business and even repeat business but now it's worthless as now 95% of new business comes from old school advert. I also heard that authorship is on it's way back too. Who cares? I'll never trust what they say or do again because they will just find another way to take it away again anyway. How many times do we have to stamp the word SUCKER on our foreheads?
