Zara Altair, what choices do you have in mind? I love learning new options.
When I want to make a pie, I cheat and use spelt flour (I'm not celiac). For sweets these days, I make macaroons with coconut nectar and I also make my own chocolate sweetened with coconut crystals. There's also Coconut Bliss as an ice cream option. But even goat dairy has become a 'no' sadly- I love goat and sheep cheese. Eggs are 'no' also. :(
You do know I'm sugar, gluten and dairy-free, don't you? You're killing me here.
ReplyDeleteGina Fiedel Hahaha! You do have choices. :) This way you may indulge without physical consequence.
ReplyDeleteWOW !!! 35 more minutes on The Treadmill ...

Smart Choices !!! Gina Fiedel
ReplyDeleteLove Coconut Nectar ...
Thanks, Coach G Moore. I love it too! Low glycemic, healthy and delicious. Coconut has a lot to offer. :0
ReplyDeleteGina Fiedel Was not suggesting choices other than to view/comment on sugar/wheat/dairy delectables. Teachy-preachy not part of my construct.
ReplyDeleteGina Fiedel Can you use almond milk? Part of my (non)dairy staples.
ReplyDeleteI used to Zara Altair, I love it. Same with rice and soy milks. Have to avoid all of those. Nowadays, coconut is my go-to.
