Deep Dark Chocolate Cheesecake
For Oleg Moskalensky who likes chocolate dark. Why waste precious chocolate tasting with the bothersome ingredient of flour in a cake diluting the chocolate when you can have rich and dark in a purer form?

    Although too much of anything isn't good, including chocolate. Once you get past 75% or so - that's way too bitter for me.

    Then I want Neyappam (Indians are voting for that name for the new version of Android)
    I don't much care about New York Cheesecake at all.
