Hmmmm I will need to look at this further My name has been Trademarked for over 8 years now Art-Faux Designs all and or in part which means it cannot be reversed or just written in another order. There is a girl who thought my combination of words was also a good idea and is using it as both domain and business name also, even on Facebook
ReplyDeleteArthur Morehead Hmmm. Have you contacted her about the use?
ReplyDeleteyes about a year ago and stil has not taken it serious. I just filed the form with FB lets see where it goes. I am tired of this shit This makes 18 times with different people in the last 8 years I have had to do this
ReplyDeleteArthur Morehead Sorry to hear that. 18 times! Due diligence gap for many folks. :(
ReplyDeleteYes this makes number 18. Usually with internet servers and/or hosting companies it only takes a written notification and they will respond quickly as they don't want to risk the expense. Generally the ones who do it know exactly what they're doing by stealing my traffic. Some were so blatant that they were following what I was writing about and using the same keywords and meta. It was the authorship that saved me on those and now that Google did away with that I have nothing and she has gained it (or at least I think it is) bc Google keeps telling me that I am fine. In fact google found I was right more than once and had to shut down a few "money sites" because of my persistence
ReplyDeleteArthur Morehead Persistance pays, but what a drag on time and emotional energy.
