I thought stuffing the bacon wrapped peaches http://goo.gl/RBShAi with amaretti http://goo.gl/lfcJAf before wrapping them with bacon was just the right sweet addition for David Amerland's call to treats.
I use sourdough bread for French toast. http://goo.gl/IS3f1n To accompany the grilled peaches with amaretti sprinkle the French toast with powdered sugar and drizzle with lemon juice.
