  1. Thank you Zara Altair! I'll tell a short story. We have this sole bacteria that produces yogurt (Lactobacillus bulgaricus).It doesn't survive in other geographic areas and is being exported to japan, Us etc. Since I produce my own, I though it's eternal until the yogurt became not tasty and I asked an expert "why is it spoiled?" The answer is, that the bacteria needs renewal, even if it's the best and the most organic, still it spoils when left by itself. I think it relates to us and that G+ is a renewal to all its users.Thanks again!

  3. Nina Trankova A wonderful analogy. Do you use a starter from the last batch for the next batch? Or, do you need to find a new culture starter? I'm curious.
