    MicheleElys Mer I am unclear. If you want to "send" to gmail, then I don't know the answer. If you want to send in email you can use either the YouTube link or embed code within your email.

    When you "Start" the YouTube Live Event and use the Hangout interface, you hover your mouse towards the top of the screen - you would see the icons to mute microphone, mute camera, get to settings etc - but the first one before all of these is the icon to 'Invite' others - this icon when you click gives you an option to invite using email.
    May be that is what you need MicheleElys Mer
