Integrity

Integrity

What is integrity? A biting dog can have integrity. A person who is always late to meetings can have integrity.

Integrity is based on the person who you are. Integrity is being you.

  4. Oleg Moskalensky I like the message, too. Integrity without value judgment.

  5. I didn't get that far, he lost me at the definition, which is NOT what he says it is. And if you're trying to explain the term and start out with false definition for it... well, anyway... You know me and false gurus... :) Enjoy the weekend!

  6. I get that you like the idea of eliminating value judgement Zara Altair and Kristin Drysdale, but I personally think he's talking more about congruence than integrity- at least in the way the concept of integrity is most commonly used.

Integrity as it applies to human behaviors is most commonly understood as adherence to a personal, ethical code and being consistent, therefore trustworthy . He's talking to the secondary meaning, the integrity or solidity of an object, say. Or rules. That's cool, but....

  8. You don't need to pain yourself with watching it again, Kristin Drysdale, just go with Gina Fiedel, she's rarely wrong... perhaps only when she's arguing with me... 😘

  9. Haha Oleg Moskalensky, you've got that backwards! I'm always right when I'm arguing with you. ;)
