Happy Birthday Marine Corps

The United States Marine Corps (https://goo.gl/cx18FX) traces its institutional roots to the Continental Marines of the American Revolutionary War, formed by Captain Samuel Nicholas by a resolution of the Second Continental Congress on 10 November 1775, to raise two battalions of Marines.

It is 241 years old today. An institution populated by men and women who answer the call to stand above human frailty and, if need be, make the ultimate sacrifice. They truly can never be praised enough.
