Sitting or Standing - You Can Now Workout

Fitness is important. We all know that. But it also requires time, clothes, equipment, a gym, a trainer and a partridge on a pear tree. (Well, maybe not the partridge or the pear tree). Now you can however exercise in micro-workouts that cumulatively make sure your health doesn't suffer just because you're sitting down in front of a screen all day. :)
