Cozy Cuties!! We have a storm coming too! So exciting- but ours will be rain. Doug was going to go up to Mammoth tomorrow night to ski Friday and Saturday but can't because of the storm. He's going Sunday instead and it should be amazing!
ReplyDeleteGina Fiedel Sunday skiing should be fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThat's what he's thinking, Zara Altair! He'll ski Monday also and then drive back home in the evening. Road warrior. ;)
ReplyDeleteGina Fiedel Road warrior, no kidding. I'm waiting to see what the roads are like tomorrow morning. Will I drive to the medical appointment or chicken out and take the light rail? :)
ReplyDeleteI think it's not chickening out to ensure safety and ease, Zara Altair.
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah, Doug leaves at 3am so he can be on the slopes by 9am and then reverses it when the slopes close after his second day of skiing. That's commitment.
Gina Fiedel Temperature is forecast at 29F which means icy roads after today's snow. They are scary for driving.
ReplyDeleteI hope you took the light rail, Zara Altair. :)
ReplyDeleteGina Fiedel I opted out and rescheduled. A few years ago in cold, cold temps the rail service closed with iced rails. I didn't want to be stuck at the great medical center miles from home. :)
ReplyDeleteSmart woman, Zara Altair! It would be lousy to be stuck there. Not much worse, lol.
ReplyDeleteGina Fiedel I was here in Snowmaggedon when everything came to a halt. Snow plus very cold temperatures.
ReplyDeleteSnow halts are fun! We're supposedly getting Rainmaggedon later today. Crossing fingers that we do.
