IMRAN ... coming through with solid basics on #AMP !
working to integrate AMP & PWA ...
by adding a "service worker" to AMP pages, allowing for those instant load times we want from AMP websites (but which look very "plain"), while the service worker continues loading a rich website in the background, that links on the AMP page link to.
researching how this is best implemented for AMP pages that are integrated with Wordpress blogs (specifically with respect to AdWords remarketing lists).
in the meantime here are a few links discussing how to code this directly, for developers familiar with, and working on, programming the web :
1. https://greenido.wordpress.com/2016/06/07/from-amp-to-pwa/
2. https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/spec
3. https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/accelerated-mobile-pages/
4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSppgN12bZ8
this is pretty much cutting edge at the moment, as the AMP & PWA specs get more ironed out, more examples as well as sample code will become available ... by far, the first link is where i learned the most, happy AMP'ing !
