How We Determine Trust
Whether we are talking about trust between individuals, trust created within a search engine results-framed environment or trust in a machine learning setting where a complex algorithm is setting things up for us, the dynamic is similar.
We always need to be able to establish the attributes that generate it, understand how they impact us, determine how we measure them and work hard to establish them.
Opacity and trust at face value have never helped us. Ever.
