ReplyDeleteZara Altair so true, have been very selfish for this time and allocating more time. Less online which finding this to be a pleasure cutting the circles down and down, more readable content that is beneficial. Thank you for what you post

ReplyDeleteYes, the trim is being hacked for reading material, Just as working in the corporate world, we has schedules and dead lines, so is social media, reading time etc. 40 mins twice daily and a little extra late at night when I can't get to sleep.

Gideon, it is a balance online, which is essential in our lives.
These relationships we forge into online and some off line friends are important.
One major factor, we are connecting globally with thought and expanding that thought /thinking process to include other ideas and opportunities.
What you & Zara know in your worlds and expertise, I do not have that full range,
What I know in neurology, psychology (X-therapist specializing in trauma recovery) and behavior is something you do not have the same grasp of knowledge.
I am triming the contacts that I see on a regular basis, the fluff is not that necessary and a bit is.
