David Amerland Bingo!
David Amerland Bingo! It's so easy to tell when surveys are rigged. The questions are rigged to provide data but not useful feedback from consumers. I often back out of surveys when I detect these biased questions. Questions that slant away from dialogue are designed to produce data, but not informative data. The most annoying are the multiple choice answers where each choice is biased.

#Amazon FeedBack has been a #BlackHole in my experience ...
Coach G Moore Yes. Giant black hole sucking in irrelevant skewed data. For example, I don't care if my medical practitioner is "friendly." I want my medical practitioner to be astute, rational, and brilliant in his/her field. That questions is not asked by my "service provider."

Zara Altair I make good use of the comment section on those biased surveys even when I know it's just tilting at windmills.
