While the solution may seem self-evident, what can you expect from a system modeled after a psychopath.
ReplyDeleteA corporation has no loyalties nor remorse & wants only for the bottom line... The people who work there make up the personality & create the environment. To attempt to harmonize synergy cooperation & equality when the model is based on a pyramid structure is counter productive to the issue addressed.
A conundrum of sorts along with the dysfunction found in many families today. Hummmm.......
