A light cake with a dark heavy chocolate frosting made with cream cheese, Dutch cocoa, and bittersweet chocolate.
Phyllo strips molded into a nest hold candy eggs.
Or if you are like Oleg Moskalensky and want it all chocolate: shave bar chocolate, nest the shavings in a rounded bowl, set in the refrigerator to harden and Voila! a chocolate nest.
The crepe paper flowers are a great project for older children.
