The Sniper Mind is practice.

The Sniper Mind is practice.
Changes since reading.
Negotiating skills growing - with success.
Conscious daily meditation - I did it before daily, but now I am aware. You guys know the difference.
Total, complete, take no prisoners No BS zone. Benefit of doubt has shrunk to almost non-existent when the BS red flag appears.

I'd love to hear changes from others.

Still love drumming. :)

  1. Vital steps to self-definition. Zara Altair Meditation is what kept me sane when I was writing the book and getting by on 4 hours of sleep per day for months.

  3. Zara Altair, I know you're traveling but when you return I'd love to hear more about your meditation experiences and new awareness post-read and how The Sniper Mind has changed your practice (even though you said we know what you mean).

And the shrinking of doubt for the BS flag is outstanding. I am always seeking that certainty of my own senses/instincts so I'm applauding.

  4. Even the rumors and the decision to buy "The Snipermind" since earlier this year, turned my mind around in a more focused direction. And now, when I'm stuck or spinning wheels, there is kind of confidence and certainty growing: reading further on in the book will get me one step clearer and more focused again.

  5. Monika Schmidt that makes total sense. Most times we just need a little nudge to kick our brain into the orbit it needs so we can see things more clearly.
