Crème Brûlée a la Amelie

Crème Brûlée a la Amelie

Real vanilla is the secret to the taste of this sugar crusted custard. Prep and wait time are worth the results. Plus, you get to play with fire. No regrets.

For regrets, you can read about how they help you long-term in decision making in David Amerland's Sunday Read: No Going Back http://bit.ly/SRRegret

Oh, boy! I'm going to hear it from the Ministry of Defense Oleg Moskalensky again about the absence of chocolate. But in this case, no regrets. :)

  1. I think you can atone for the lack of chocolate here Zara Altair and get on Oleg Moskalensky's good graces by renaming this ambrosius offering to Crème Brûlée a la Amerlandia. ;)

  2. Well, I may need an oral surgery after this one and to regret eating it even more - there was no chocolate to begin with. So, major regrets on all counts. This one is therefore, regretfully, has to be replaced with something more rational ('rational' and 'chocolate' are officially synonyms now).

Here's something that would work better (ie without the need for oral surgery or regrets):

  3. David Amerland Perfect solution. However, it seems atoned for but not appeased. :D

  4. Oleg Moskalensky Defending Amerlandia to the utmost by equating chocolate and rationality! Well served. :)

  5. Thank you, Zara Altair. I appreciate you taking this slight critique as a woman :) You know my respect and admiration for you has no limits, but when it comes to chocolate... I can't step on my own throat, thus - the sentiments. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and don't regret posting this - we all make mistakes occasionally (otherwise the concept of regret wouldn't exist), and a big hug from me!
