  1. Thanks for posting this, Zara Altair. I'm not in the group this is addressing and it's rather a lot of listening but I do have a question I'd love to ask you.

    What's confusing to me about the subscription list aspect is this. Maybe you can explain?

    We've known all along that it is illegal to collect names & emails for sending out newsletters and/or blog subscriptions without permission. And that we cannot use that data for anything else, nothing other than what the person is knowingly signing up for.

    With Inquiry Forms, it may be a little more gray territory? I imagine we might need to say explicitly that we won't use their data for anything other than to reply to their inquiry?
