Trust Your Instincts
Trust Your Instincts
Trust your instincts. But instincts alone won’t get you there. Ensure your process for acting on your instincts is solid. Errol Doebler
Trusting your instincts works when you've done the work on yourself. Training your body and your mind to recognize your core beliefs and actions will help you distinguish instincts from false reactions learned early in life.
Otherwise, you can think you are trusting instincts which are really learned false reactions.
Trusting false reactions can lead you into thick mud rather than clear decisions for right action.
The Sniper Mind http://geni.us/SniperMind by David Amerland shows you how to refine your "instincts" for right decisions.

Keen insight, Zara Altair. I've been in thick mud for some time now... It's definitely a process learning to climb out. It's exciting, though, at the same time. -I've got a whole new me to look forward to meeting. =)
