Effort and Energy
Effort and Energy
Everything takes energy. Even sitting down doing nothing is tiring.
Here's something you already know. Things that you love, activities that you're really into, energize you instead of sapping you. You may get tired but it doesn't seem to count. You may run out of energy but the fatigue is somehow less draining. Satisfaction levels go up. You're happier.
Question: What choices do you need to make to be like that all the time?

Thank you for sharing this Zara Altair and we definitely need to rethink our approach.
ReplyDeleteDavid Amerland We do. Focused energy gets better results. :)
ReplyDeleteI think that the key is "accomplishment". There is satisfaction in that greater than just "being".
