I love having collections where I can share diverse thoughts. They are sorted into clusters.

For me everything else is inferior to G+ at this point. If the social platform allows the creation of Pages it can be used as a workaround but it still requires people to follow those pages which is not much different from creating a second and third account and asking our followers to follow them. Although collections in G+ can be followed and unfollowed too at least it allows us to manually add target audience (via circles) at its creation.
ReplyDeleteHalfey Halphstein Yes. I have found nothing even closely equivalent.
ReplyDeleteWhat I've seen so far, both mewe and pluspora are inferior. But hey, one day we have to choose...
ReplyDeleteI am waiting for David Amerland to decide where and what he will do. Meanwhile I blog, and follow a few active FB groups. But I would miss people like DA - informed and helpful.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could smash together MeWe and ETER9. Then I'd have something almost comparable to G+.
ReplyDeleteMonika Schmidt Yes, and such inferior choices.
ReplyDeleteEli Fennell Ok, now I'm down the ETER9 rabbit hole. :)
ReplyDeleteZara Altair It probably won't work for you. In 3-years of promoting it, not one Plusser besides me has stuck with it.
ReplyDeleteBut, I hope to be proven wrong.
I'm disappointed in everything, Zara Altair Is it my dispair for losing G+? I don't know. I just know I'm not satisfied.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Diana Studer, waiting to see what David Amerland is able to recommend. In the meantime, am migrating all my GPlus activity to my G-Suite Account (as best I can), and crossing fingers.
ReplyDeleteEli Fennell I wonder how much of this is related to Eter9 not having a mobile app. That's how I use g+, on my phone because I have other things to do on my computer. Having an app just makes it convenient and more likely for me to use.
ReplyDeleteTravis Randall Yes, that is annoying. Would not be so bad if the web app at least supported Push Notifications.
