Proposed Restrictions on Demonstrations in D.C.

Hmmm...I seem to remember something about this in the Constitution. Oh yeah:

Amendment I. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Moves like are the slow creep towards authoritarianism. They seem like small little moves, but they are adding up to something that is totally antithetical to the foundations of this country.

  3. As any dictator would do. Imagine what historians will say about this time in our history... well actually, we already know just look at all the other times tin pot despots have secured enough followers to make this much noise.
