Stop the NoFollow Madness!
There are many good and valid reasons to have the NoFollow attribute for links. It's great for:
1. Any user generated content, including social postings, blog comments and forum comments.
2. Advertising.
3. Any other links you don't want to pass PageRank too.
However, sites all over the place are now NoFollowing all of their links. To me this violates a basic social principle of the web, that of an exchange of trust. If I show my trust by giving you an article to publish, then what I ask in return is that you send trust signals my way too.
