Your web voice is your signal to your audience.
When you think about your voice think about telling a friend what your thoughts are. How would you tell a friend about Google Analytics? or talking on twitter? Or, being on Google+?
What you have to talk about (content) and how you say it (voice) make up your online identity.
Newcomers often worry that they don't have a voice. Just keep thinking that you are talking to a friend. The more you do, the more your voice is heard, and gets replies, and is shared.

Gideon Rosenblatt beautifully quantified and yes, we need to let go of the 'largeness' of our ego and simply be the small, ineffectual beings we are when alone.
