It can be easy to lose focus, it can happen to the best and worst of us. CORE values, in business and in people are considerably paramount. Where is your focus? Is it at ground zero? Whom, is it reliant on, how can you stabilise that reliance, or remove any reliance.
Regain your business core, cut the dead wood, cut the 20% of customers that take 90% of your time. Place that principal throughout your business.
If you can own it, make it part of your business, remove external reliant payments and regain business working for the consumer rewarding the customers and staff.
Without PRINCIPLES, please. A Principal is an administrator of a school or the main point of something. Padraig Ó Raghaill
