Are you missing out on HUGE opt-in potential?
A few months back I was evaluating the state of my email list. I wanted to see if there was a way I could both improve the quality of my list and the rate at which it was growing.
So I started by kicking over 500 people off of my email list.
Yea, that's right. I shrunk my list by 500+ subscribers... on purpose. These subscribers where unengaged, unresponsive, and hadn't opened one of my emails for at least 6 months. So it was very liberating to get rid of them.
But then I needed to find a way to replace those subscribers with high quality subscribers. And then I had this idea... it was an idea that led to me getting a 400% boost in subscriber rate the very next day.

gmail is one of the oldest google's system ( btw email in general is a such killer app since the begin of the internet) I bet my trousers who send email to who still a strong conection signal
